What if it does not work?
We tell you before we build. The assessment exists to catch that, and we would rather lose the sale than take money for a pilot that was never going to pay. If something we shipped does not do what the scope said, we fix it.
What do I actually own?
Everything we build for you, on handover: code, accounts, domain, content. No hostage hosting and no licence you have to keep paying to keep using your own systems.
Can I cancel a monthly?
Yes. The monthly keeps your agents running and improving; if you stop, you keep what was built. We are not interested in retention that depends on you being stuck.
Who has access to my data?
The agents reach only the systems you connect, with permissions you set and an audit trail of what they did. We will sign a data processing agreement before any of it starts.
