These terms govern your use of the Cognito Capital website and services. By using the site, creating an account, or engaging us, you agree to them. Cognito Capital is an AI-native venture group based in Ireland. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Cognito Capital” refer to the company; “you” refers to the client or user.

1. What we provide

Availability, scope and features may change. Specific deliverables are set out in the proposal or order you agree with us.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. To keep the platform fair, account creation is limited to one account per person and one per network. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach this or these terms.

3. Fees and payment

Prices are shown or quoted before you commit. Subscription plans are billed monthly; some engagements carry a setup deposit or are priced per project. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

4. Identity verification and source of funds (anti-money-laundering)

In line with European Union anti-money-laundering regulations, any payment or transaction of €3,000 or more requires, before it can be completed:

We may request this verification, and may refuse, pause or reverse a transaction until it is provided and accepted. These checks apply to single transactions and to linked transactions that together reach the €3,000 threshold. Verification documents are handled securely and retained as required by law (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Trading, education and investment risk

BulgarLux provides tools and education, not signals or managed accounts. Trading carries risk and you can lose money. Nothing on this site or in our services is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

6. Aion ($AION)

Aion is a utility token intended for use within the ecosystem. It is not an investment product and is not offered as a security. Features and availability are in development and subject to change and regulatory review.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services, attempt to break or probe them, infringe others’ rights, or use them for unlawful purposes. We may withdraw access for serious or repeated breaches.

8. Intellectual property

Our brands, software, content and the Plutus system remain our property. Where an engagement transfers ownership of specific deliverables to you, that is set out in your agreement.

9. Liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the services. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on the site, with the date above.

12. Governing law and contact
