The problem

Running a group of companies generates more admin than a founder can absorb: leads, reporting, follow-up, reconciliation, and the endless small decisions that never quite reach the top of the list. The work does not stop when the working day does.

What we built

An autonomous operator wired into the systems the business actually runs on - CRM, calendar, finance, reporting - working continuously rather than when somebody remembers to ask it. Permissions, audit trails and human approval on anything consequential.

Where it is now

Plutus runs Cognito Capital's own floor around the clock, and has completed over 1,700 pieces of work. It is the same architecture we install for clients, which is the whole reason we are willing to sell it.

The problem

Retail trading tools either hide the risk model or bury it in settings nobody adjusts, so position sizing ends up being done by feel - which is exactly how accounts disappear.

What we built

An institutional-grade terminal with the risk controls made explicit rather than optional: daily loss limits, exposure gates and a live watchlist, enforced by the system instead of suggested to the trader.

Where it is now

Live and trading. The risk engine behind it directly informs how we build guardrails into every agent we ship, because the problem is the same one: what should the machine refuse to do.

The problem

Women's health and beauty is a category full of confident claims and short on evidence, so the products that genuinely deserve attention get lost in the noise.

What we built

A product and a brand built around what is actually true, with the content operation, storefront and fulfilment behind it to carry the thing commercially.

Where it is now

Operating. It is our clearest example of taking something from a concept to a business that sells, which is precisely what the Business Startups service does for other people.
